- Red Pepper Consulting began as a sole proprietorship in 2002. Initial client development focused on web site development for small training consulting firms.
- Red Pepper became a corporate entity in 2003 and grew its client base to include additional small to medium companies and added Fortune 100 Alltel as its primary client. In 2003, projects focused on consulting and instructional design.
- In 2004, Red Pepper added new medium to large companies to provide training development, organizational development and eLearning implementation services.
